This form helps us understand your business and goals with wholesale. While we're flexible on order size and display needs, our jerky pricing is non-negotiable.

- Beef Jerky: $6.50 per unit (40 units per case)

- Game Jerky (venison, elk, wild boar, etc.): $11.50 per unit (40 units per case)

- Initial Order: 6-case minimum

- No minimums on reorders

- You cover freight/shipping

- Payment due upon invoice; product ships after payment is received
